All packages are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Shipping delivery times vary and are usually 2-5 business days once it leaves the studio. Expedited and international shipping is available upon request – please contact us.

RETURNS

All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in size and color are to be expected. However, within 30 days of delivery, if you'd like to exchange a new, unused item, the customer is responsible for sending it back unbroken and a full refund for the merchandise price will be issued or applied to another purchase.

Care & Use

Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Allow to come to room temperature before placing in a preheated oven.

Quality

Everything is made by hand with raw materials that originate from the ground and slight variations are to be expected and the occasional iron inclusion is normal. We embrace these slight variations as they're what makes our pieces one of a kind.
