Georgetown

Showroom & Studio

Our original Georgetown location is still where everything is made. In 1971 the pottery was started in the one-room log cabin that still stands (the building with the white GP sign). Since then it's been turned into a showroom, and like the original log cabin, the rest of the pottery has transformed as well. For the first few years everything was made with stoneware clay and about 5 years later we made the transition to porcelain. If you happen to have any of those original pieces, hang onto them because there aren't many, and we'd love to see some photos!
